For the love of the profession

“Love goes through the stomach!” Who doesn´t know this phrase? Our chef Stefan Pauen therefore has not only a high quality of the products to be processed with a passion for cooking, but is rightly proud to offer you all of the food without additives, colourings or flavour enhancers.
All potato products such as Röstinchen, croquettes, potato fritters are homemade, fresh processed vegetables.
In the “Eiserne Hand”, there is nothing from chest or box. Of course, pickling and smoke we our fish specialities, to ensure an incomparable aroma and a top quality!

We are the first restaurant in Viersen and environment that provides an enjoyable gastronomic experience people with this incompatibility.
